General Business Terms
1. Area of Application
The following terms and conditions are valid for the business relationship between Dr. Christof Niederwieser as the provider of his expertise, seminars, horoscopes and other products and you as the user of his offer.
2. Prices & Net Invoice
All prices are quoted in Euro including the statutory value added tax. Valid are the prices at the time of the order. If you are an entrepreneur with headquarters outside of Switzerland and have an international VAT ID, please type your VAT ID into the optional field “VAT ID” at the end of the checkout process in the shop. You will then receive a net invoice.
3. Conclusion of Contract
By clicking the “Buy now” button, you are making a binding offer to conclude the purchase contract. You will be informed of the receipt of your order immediately by e-mail. If you shouldn’t receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or write us directly at buero@astrologie.de
The contract is concluded when we send you your invoice and further information by e-mail in execution of your order. The text of the contract including your order will be stored by us and will be sent to you by e-mail upon request. The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.
4. Reservation of Unavailability
We reserve the cancel your order if the product is not available. This may occur in very rare cases, e.g. due to parallel bookings. In this case, we will inform you immediately and offer you a replacement. Should such a replacement not be possible, you will of course be refunded the full price.
5. Shipping Costs
As all products and seminars offered here are digital, there are no shipping costs. You will receive your everything via e-mail.
6. Warranty
The statutory Defect liability law applies.
7. Payment
You can pay for your order via the following methods:
- credit card (Visa / Master Card)
- Sofort Payment
- Giropay
- Pre-payment by bank transfer (only for orders above 200€)
Please use the shop system on our website. Orders per email, letter, phone or other alternative means cannot be accepted.
9. Payment Deadline for Online Seminars
The payment deadline stated in the invoice email applies. Please note that places in the online seminars are limited and will be allocated in the order of payment receivment. We will reserve your place for at least two weeks from the date of booking. In the case of heavily booked seminars, your place may be forwarded to other participants after this deadline. The seminar fee should be fully paid at least two weeks before the start of the seminar.
10. Payment Deadline for Other Products
All other products can only be ordered via pre-payment (credit card, Sofort Payment, Giropay). If you should have any problems completing your order, please contact us at buero@astrologie.de
11. Copyright
All content provided by Dr. Christof Niederwieser on this and other websites, as well as via other media such as books, videos or articles are protected by copyright. This applies in particular to the methods, interpretation techniques and forecasts developed by himself, as well as to the design and graphic layout of presentations. This also applies to the content and learning materials conveyed in the lectures and seminars. Violation of copyright will be legally prosecuted.
Of course scientifically correct quotation is explicitly permitted. For this purpose, please refer to “Dr. Christof Niederwieser” as the source, including an appropriate link to the original online source or a citation of the book or article.
12. Conditions of Participation for Online Seminars
All online seminars take place live and we are connected via camera and microphone. You will receive comprehensive material (seminar script, exercises etc.) for the online seminars, which you can access at any time via the online SEMINAR AREA. In addition, you can catch up on evenings via recordings in case you are prevented from attending. Passing on seminar content (scripts, recordings, systematic viewing etc.) to third parties is not permitted.
13. CHRONLEX Astrology Software
The CHRONLEX astrology software is distributed by Dr. Christof Niederwieser. It is a cloud-based software which can be used platform-independently. The FREE account can be used permanently free of charge. The PRO account can be booked as an annual subscription for 49€ (pro version) or 99€ (ultimate version). The subscription can be cancelled until the last day of the term (no cancellation period). Otherwise it will then be automatically extended for another year. CHRONLEX Software GmbH – Konstanzerstr. 60 – 8274 Tägerwilen – SWITZERLAND is responsible for all technical aspects of the software (operation, maintenance, updates, data protection,…).
14. Applicable Law
The contract is subject to Swiss law.
15. Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the invoice sent by e-mail. Explicitly excluded from the right of withdrawal are instantly available digital products such as PDF horoscopes or lecture recordings.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the end of the cancellation period.
16. Consequences of Cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you within fourteen days (from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice). For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. If you have sent us your payment via bank transfer, please at your bank account data to your cancellation. In no case will you be charged for this repayment. We can refuse repayment for services that have already been used. In this case, the remaining amount will be refunded to you on a pro rata basis.
