I am an absolute beginner. Can I cope with such a complex software?

The handling of the software is very simple and intuitive. To give astrology beginners an easy start, there is a Mouse Over Tutorial: Move the mouse to any element of the screen and wait a few seconds. Then a pop-up appears with the explanation of the respective symbols or functions. You can also find out how easy it is in the Online User Manual.

Using CHRONLEX on my small smartphone is quite fiddly. What can I do?

There is a special Zoom Function that allows you to enlarge any part of the software screen. To zoom in, simply make the usual swiping motion on the touch screen (place two fingers directly next to each other and then pull them apart). To zoom out to the full view, place two fingers further apart on the touch screen and then pull them together.

In general, it is recommended to use the smartphone mainly for quick astrological work on the fly. For detail work it is better to use a large monitor (e.g. on a PC or Mac), especially when you finetune Configuration Settings or do other complex work. By the way, you can also create your own Configuration Sets that are specially optimized for the smartphone.

In my browser some things don’t look exactly like in the descriptions. What is wrong?

All functions and updates of the software are intensively tested on a large number of end devices and browsers. Nevertheless, with the myriad of browser-device combinations, it is not possible to take every eventuality into account. So if you notice something strange, please contact us at support@chronlex.com and we will try to optimize it. By the way, CHRONLEX works best with the CHROME browser.

I did a PRO subscription. What happens if I shouldn’t need it any longer?

A PRO subscription is always valid for 12 months. After the 12 months it is prolonged automatically. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do this until the last day of your subscription period. There are no long notice periods like with mobile phone contracts or other abonnements. If you cancel your PRO subscription, it will be automatically converted into a FREE account after the 12 months. You can therefore continue to use CHRONLEX in the reduced version free of charge.

Please note that some pro-functions will then no longer be available for you. If you already have a lot of data in your personal database, you can simply export it via AAF and then use it in another astrology software. Of course you can change your FREE account back to a PRO account anytime.

My German is not so good. Isn’t it too complicated then to use CHRONLEX?

The software is operated primarily via symbols and icons, so that it is largely language-independent. In addition, you can switch the software to English language. Simply click the language selection button at the top right of the screen.
